Funeral Arrangements - Joe M

Dear Parents and Students

The funeral of Joe M is taking place this Monday at 11.45 at Vinters Park Crematorium. All students and families who knew Joe are welcome to attend the funeral. (Can we ask parents of current students at school to let us know in writing if their child will not be in school that day)

Miss Kelvie has arranged with the family for Joe and the funeral procession to pass through the school on route to Vinters park around 10.50am

We would like any student attending the funeral or otherwise who knew Joe to have an opportunity to pay their respects being present at the school when Joe arrives.

We have arranged for 100 yellow roses to be laid as the funeral procession passes through the school.

There will be tea/coffee and refreshments available from 9.45 in the school for students and families past and present who wish to show respects.

There will be plenty of time for students and families to pay their respects at school and also at Vinters Park.

Our aim is to give the family a sense of how loved Joe was by the school community.

The family has said dress code is not important and want all guests to be comfortable.
