Free Mental Health support for Teens

Aylesford School

is proud to support a local mental health initiative at Larkfield Leisure centre.

There will free ‘Chat & Chill’ sessions that will provide young people with a safe and free service to talk about how they are feeling.

The session is a chance for teens to open up about issues affecting their lives and help to create more realistic, appropriate thoughts and behaviours.

The session takes place at 7pm on Wednesday 15th January and all are welcome
